Trial & Pricing

How does the free trial work?

Sign up, add your card, and get 3 days free with 10 identified scans per day. When the trial ends, it automatically converts to the Base plan at $7/month. Cancel anytime before it converts and you won't be charged.

Why is a credit card required for the trial?

It prevents trial abuse and keeps the service fast for genuine users. Your card isn't charged during the 3-day trial, and you can cancel anytime before it ends with no charge.

Will I be charged during the trial?

No. Your card is only charged when the trial converts to a paid plan after 3 days. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.

What plans do you offer?

Base ($7/mo, 25 scans/day), Pro ($10/mo, 60 scans/day), and Power ($20/mo, 130 scans/day). Every plan includes AI raw + slab scanning and real sold comps.

Can I change my plan?

Yes — manage your subscription anytime from the QuickComps extension via Manage Plan, which opens the Stripe billing portal. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel there.

When do plan changes take effect?

Changes are handled through Stripe's billing portal, which shows you the exact timing and any prorated charge or credit before you confirm. Your daily scan limit updates to match your active plan.

Do you offer refunds?

All sales are final — we don't offer refunds. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard to stop future charges, and you'll keep access through the end of your current billing period.

Product

Features & Usage

What happens if I hit my daily scan limit?

Your scans reset at midnight ET. If you regularly need more, upgrade to a higher tier. Only identified scans count toward your limit — failed scans are free.

Which cards are supported?

QuickComps is focused on Pokémon today — raw (ungraded) and graded slabs, from vintage through the latest sets, including Japanese cards. Support for more categories is on the way.

Does QuickComps work on mobile?

No — QuickComps is a Chrome extension for desktop. It runs alongside Whatnot live auctions in your browser on a computer (Windows or Mac). Mobile browsers don't support Chrome extensions, so you'll need to use it on desktop.

Where does your pricing data come from?

Sold comps and market values are sourced from eBay sold listings and TCGplayer market data — real transaction data, not estimates.

What's the difference between Scan Raw and Scan Slab?

Scan Raw identifies ungraded cards; Scan Slab reads graded slabs (PSA, CGC, BGS, SGC and more) and pulls comps for that grade. Both work directly on the live stream.

Does condition affect the pricing shown?

Yes. QuickComps shows condition-aware pricing — a Near Mint average leads, with condition breakdowns and a 30-day trend indicator so you can see where the market's moving.

Getting started

Using QuickComps

How do I scan a card?

Open a Whatnot Pokémon stream with the QuickComps side panel, wait for the card to be still, then click Scan Raw (ungraded) or Scan Slab (graded). You'll get instant comps in the panel.

Why do some scans fail?

Scan accuracy depends on the stream. Motion, distance, glare, and extreme angles all reduce accuracy — think of it like taking a photo. If scans keep missing, the stream quality is usually the issue; try one with clearer card shots. Failed scans don't count against your daily limit.

Is my data private and secure?

Yes. Authentication is handled by Clerk and payments are processed securely by Stripe. Card images are sent to our AI service only for identification and aren’t stored permanently. See our Privacy Policy for details.
